What is Wildhomes?
Wildhomes develops and manufactures modular accommodation units for nature-based stays. The solutions are intended for resorts and other tourism projects outside urban areas. Each project is tailored to the specific location and intended use.
Is the project feasible on my land?
Implementation depends on site conditions — including parcel size, access, infrastructure, and terrain. Each location is assessed individually, without universal solutions. In most cases, basic information and photographs are sufficient for an initial evaluation.
What is the initial investment per unit?
The investment depends on the choice of glamping unit, equipment, platform, and site conditions. Base units start from approximately €4,800, while fully equipped options can be significantly higher. Projects are typically planned as a whole, as a single unit rarely makes economic sense.
Do you provide full project development or only the structures?
The scope of our involvement depends on the project. Most commonly, we provide the units, installation, and expert support in site planning. Infrastructure and construction works are carried out by local contractors with our technical guidance.
How long does the realization take?
The implementation timeline depends on the project scope, site preparation, and infrastructure. Installation of the units is relatively quick, while preparatory works typically determine the overall duration. Smaller projects can be completed within a few months.
Is it possible to operate throughout the year?
With the right choice of materials, construction and insulation, the units are designed for year-round use, including more demanding climate conditions.
Are permits required?
Permit requirements depend on local regulations, the project purpose, and site characteristics. Modular structures often involve simpler procedures than conventional construction, but conditions are determined individually for each parcel. What is the warranty period for the units?
A 5-year warranty is provided for the structural framework. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural stability under proper use and maintenance.
